I, Ms. JYOTI TABAJI SATPUTE, owner of flat no. 510, building no. G1, XRBIA ABODE, I Have paid complete payment of total consideration including society formation, club house charges and 2 years advance maintenance etc. on 10/05/2023, which was demanded in my purchase agreement.
Mr Ruturaj ji & Mr. Nitin ji had told me that once full payment will be done, after that you will be received proper possession.
All my formalities had been completed from my side but still I had not get my Flat Possession in proper occupying condition for example Electricity connection is still not done and in my flat washroom there is too much water logging because of wrong side slope if I’m using this can cause leakage issue in down floor flat, I had already told to your site engineer and sales person regarding this issue but I can’t getting proper reply from anyone I have chat history and all recording that they had always promise but no resolved it’s already 5 months completed, I had taken home loan and I’m paying loan emi from last 6 months everything is done by my side. Please note you can’t count my maintenance since I had not received possession with electricity connection.
Kindly resolve this issues as soon as possible.
