I have the same problem with the same project. My agreement date was 04.01.2017. They are not answering emails or phone calls. Possession delayed by more than 1 year and 9 months. They did not give any compensation also. I complained to RERA, but still, no hearing has been scheduled. I do not know what will be the next step.

We have a booked our flat in Ambi Xrbia in 2018 however I have still not got possession nor I am receiving the refund on my emi. Mr Om sai & Kishore Hindgaokar both are taking nonsense asking for my personal.bank statement to do refund and for. Which I am not comfortable to share my personal information with them at the time of booking the flat they have given us the commitment in the letter I ll keep receiving the refund till the time I do not get possession now every month thr is a delay and new excuses of not paying the refund. I have not received my refund for this month til now I am chasing however Mr Kishore and Mr Om Sai is not answering call. Please help
