I have issues with the entire workflow of this company, from sales till possession! I do not recommend anyone to buy property with them!
Incorrect sales promises
#Too early sales activities with incorrect sales promises, false commitment on brochures which eventually change every year.
#Too delayed possession, you will possibly lose all the worth of your money & mind with association of this builder.
#Extremely bad customer & relationship service at every possible level.
#Unnecessary threats of Interest raise on your payments of 18% in every communication.
..and so many other experiences, I can’t even collect!
One honest advise- Do not buy!
