Owner of D4 – 108, warai project. Haven’t got the possession till date which was promised in 2016. In MahaRera they have mentioned 2020. I invested in that property during the initial phases of my job so all my major savings are there. I have paid in full and still no news about the possession. Can someone help? Fed up of going there and only having arguments.

Possession is getting delayed by every year…
This project is totally a fraud and from now I don’t believe on any of xrbia project, in 2017 they promised us to give possession on 2020 but in agreement they have mentioned 2022 second thing there is a huge difference in last payment as well xrbia is just trying to make fool people even knowing about lockdown condition of many people they have still not completed the project also there is no where we can go and do a complaint
