I have booking in xrbia vangani. Flat number is d4-109
Already 4 years has been passed but even 50% of the project is not complete.

Tried all customer care numbers available on website but not a single number is valid.
And now according to rera this project is going to take more 5 years to complete. That’s pathetic

Now i want to sell my flat to the builder anyhow. I don’t have patience to wait for more 4-5 years.

Please let me know on how do i proceed to sell this flat to builder.
