Hi,

Have booked a Flat at Xbria Neral and supposed to get the possession in 2017.
Xbria calls me in end 2019 and informs me the Building has some technical issues and cannot be completed.

They have giving option to choose from the other building from the same site..

So, I visited the site and see the work is completed stopped and I guess it will take another 2 years for completion..

Tried calling Xbria but all their phone numbers are changed, no proper reply from their staff nor any staff know who is their head and a responsible person who can help in taking decision.
