I have booked my flat in vangani project in the month of April-2016 but due to personal issue i have cancelled my flat after that there is only date which they are giving by saying you will get refund amount soon I don’t know today almost 3 years has been passed but still I didn’t receive refund amount and when i was book flat that time on booklet it was mentioned that 25000/- is cancellation amount but now as they are saying you will get refund amount after cancel 10% of agreement now where we will go, is this fraud things happens with us & making fool to the people, Xrbia is making fool please do not book any flat over there .
