I deposited 11000 on 6/11/2018 but meanwhile I got flat in mhada please I want refund from xrbia as early as possible. I try to contact marketing executive but kohti was very arrogant he did not cooperate and after that he avoided my phone calls I tried company landline but no one response or solve my problem .then I am very disappointed and visited to company office at shivajinagar after waiting 1 hour I got appointment with marketing officer and she replied that you. Can not get refund flat this is company rule that cancellation charges are 50000/ .I am totally confused that what a fraud company if any reason we cancel the booking all deposit amount taken as cancellation charges .is that any rule . I want to refund my deposit 11000/ is this fraud company stop the consumer harassment.
