We had booked a flat at Chembur Central & paid booking amount as well as a partial payment. However it was brought to our notice that it was misselling as we were promised subventions.
Being unhappy about this & our critical financial situation we applied for a refund of the total amount paid 9 months back.
The representative following up reverts sometimes & sometimes does not.
I am very unhappy about this situation as it is a big amount of money & we are in need of it ASAP due to unfortunate incidents.
Hoping for this issue to be resolved at the earliest & a revert from the concerned person.
