I own a flat in XRBIA s Hinjewadi project, Pune. Currently, I stay away from Pune as I am transferred to another city. I lodged a complaint regarding severe leakage of water from the top floor in to my flat on March 13th 2018 and gave my flat keys to the maintenance in-charge. I was informed that it would take 15 days to fix the problem, When I called them after 20 days to know the status, no one did respond to my initial calls. After repeated attempts, I was informed that they lost the I handed over to them and therefore they could not do any thing for that. Since it is almost 60 days that the problem is not addressed, I do not know what kind damage might have happened to the structure. Suggest what should be my next course of action in this situation
