We have purchased flat in xrbia in March 2018 it was in subvention scheme, eg EMI after possession
Since last two years EMI deduction started upon complaining to head office of xrbia in sanpad they started refunding amount
Now since June 2020 they have nit refunding amount and upon raising query they told us that xrbia doesn’t have sufficient funds till April 2021 after that they will start refunding amount, secondly the scheme is in subvention already L & T had given amount to xrbia as per L & T persons, so why r they delaying to refunding
Also possession was in Dec 2020 we didn’t get possession till now
