Dear sir,

I have booked a flat in k2 building 2 and half years ago and i was promised possession in 2017 december.. Then they kept fooling around delaying the possession and promising the same every 4 months. I was finally informed that i will get possession for my building in december 2018 but as expected there is no update on the same.. They haven’t issued and newsletter on the construction since july 2018. Also there is no relationship manager assigned for me. Eveytime i get calls for the payment but noone has information about the status of construction.. Such terrible customer care service. I am fed up with xrbia and wish to withdraw my money. Kindly inform the procedure.
