Dear Team,
This is to inform you that my mother Vidya Vijay Ingale purchased a flat in vangani xrbia (Flat E1 320) in April 2016. As per the agreement flat possession should be given on or before 36 months from the date of registration. The registration date is 22nd April 2016, hence we should have received possession by 26th April 2019.
However till date we have not received possession & even current status of building shows that its not yet ready.
Requesting you to pay us compensation as per RERA Act.Also let us know about how much compensation we are eligible for.
