This is to complain that Yashtel Broadband services was not available for 2 days i.e., 26th morning till 27th Aug 2016 late night at J.P. Nagar, Mysore. You are requested to credit back the lost time to our account and oblige. I regret to inform you that this is happening again and again and we have lost a lot of Broadband time.
