Hello Team,
My name is Abhishek Roy and I am raising this concern before I go legal about it so that we have no further miscommunication on this issue. I would like to highlight that I bought 2 Sarees from Zariknyaa and after the delivery I found that the products is not the same as mentioned on the product description so I raised a return request and after a long chat conversation they agreed to refund the money into my bank account instead of store credit however it’s been more than 4 to 5 days from the time they confirmed that the refund will be initiated there is no response from there end at the same time the contact number is not in service and there is no response over the WhatsApp chat as well.
I feel I am cheated this way and I am raising this to the consumer forum also will take legal action on this as now I am not looking for refund and now I will take it over all the social media platforms to highlight this fraud.
