I booked zing bus for 14-05-2022 offline at the office located in front of pillar 26, R. K Ashram metro station, New delhi, Bus depart at 9 pm from there and stopped at Murthal for Dinner and they left us at that place. Later I tried to connect to company, first they refused to help and later the staff of other bus ( The other bus of zing going to manali after 2 hrs of this incidence) , They threatened me to threw out in middle of journey, if i dont pay zing additional Rs 2000/- for one. And company did not help me at the time when we were not even at 5% of our journey, No chat support no call support.
Also the luggage that i lost with that bus, we received on 16-05-2022, The bus staff stole my charger worth Rs. 2500. My bus booking amount was 3200/-. They also refused to refund booking amount also.
They are also threating me.

– Booking amount – Rs. 3200
– Charger stolen
