i paid full amount for tickets. & suddenly cancell ticket 1day before journey.
this company manipulate passenger. some one pay more money they cancel out tickets without any reason.

This is a complaint against zingbus which is the biggest scam in the bus industry. I booked a bus from gurgaon iffco chawk to jalandhar. I reached the pick up point at 10pm, then they tell me the bus is delayed by 1 hour, then again at 11pm they tell it’s delayed by 1 hour, I was standing there till 12, then I get a message the bus has been cancelled, and I got no refund. Worst experience of my life.
