Shyam Kumar Kaya is my name, and I work as a presenter for Zoomcar. My vehicle, number TS12ES3587, was involved in a collision with a zoomcar visitor or renter. Date of incident: July 12, 2022 Location of incident: Hyderabad, Telangana. Since the last ten months, no repair work has been begun, and I have not received any reimbursement.
I am making back-to-back payments to EMI for the car that I have lost completely. Since I do not have a job, I borrow money from my dad to cover EMI. Please assist me in negotiating a settlement with Zoomcar for at least 15 lakh rupees so that I can pay off the car loan and purchase a new vehicle for my use.
