I booked a Zoomcar having 7 seater capacity on 3rd Dec 2020 for 6th Dec’2020. Charging me ₹ 4414/-. Then I got call from Zoomcar Associate that they are not able to provide the same capacity vehicle. I requested cancellation. They cancelled the booking and told me that refund will be processed after 30 days.
Now it’s been arround 2 months and more however I have not received any refund. Also they have jammed all communication ways to take followup for refund. Also noticed that they did same thing with other users as well. Kindly request you to look into issue and take harsh steps against the company.
