I had booked a Cab from Zoom Car app on 31st July 2020, for 2nd to 6th August. Paid 10,493/- Rs in advance. On 2nd when person come for Car Delivery then because of My Original Licence Hard copy is missing so he didn’t deliver the car. So we talked with Customer care and they agreed to refund my payment.
After that tried to contact customer care but there is no response from them. Send number of messages on there help centre (From App). but till today they didn’t give any reply.
