I have booked the car on 30-10-2020 and the booking ID JPS6N2IEL& Booking amount is Rs 7183. They cancelled the booking on 6th Nov 2020 by 6PM whereas the car need to be given by 7th Nov 2020 Morning 5 AM. With short notice they just cancelled by saying that the car is not available.
Another booking was booked on 13th Nov 2020 with fuel and submitted the fuel bill. I didnt get refund of Rs 4499 till now. They blocked me to call the customer care and no communication till now.
We can call only if we booked car otherwise they blocked the customer and didnt returning the money
Total Amount= 7183+4499 = Rs.11682
Can you please get my money as soon as possible
