With the booking IDs JPSNI7Z6Q and JPSNI7HNI, I reserved 2 cars, but the host cancelled the car I had selected and asked me to find another.
So I canceled my reservation. But refunds are still pending if they are for Rs. 11,141 and Rs. 11,744.
Additionally, since there is no way to get in touch with Zoomcar’s customer service, we are stranded and more than 23000 rupees were wasted.
