I had ordered a top from ZX Collection website of ₹199 and i haven’t received my order but the payment has been success. I tried contacting them through their website but they are not replying and i am convinced they are a not an authorised company. I want my money back and they seem to have no other mode of contact other than the email. I emailed them multiple times but they wouldn’t respond. When I paid through Paytm instead of ZX collection it was showing the receiver as “Dr fashion world” but i got the confirmation message from them right after but they wouldn’t respond to any of my queries. I had read the terms and conditions thoroughly. I want to file this complaint because if this reason.
