I’m shalu I’ve ordered a product from zx collection.com on 24 August 2022 it’s been 7 days and the product has still not been delivered my order number is 160485 the payment mode was online which i already did, i have already made the payment i was only received an email about my order where nothing except the email or website my order number my name and address nothing was written. I’ve emailed them several times. Neither the customer care number was correct u cannot call on customer care number. On the name of customer care number 9123456789 was written which was already invalid and they do not reply the email neither i was given any tracking number. I want them to either deliver the product or refund the payment the company address was written as 20Sr Floor, Gate No.42, 20 Sansad Marg, New Delhi which i believe is also fake.
