I ordered 2 kurtas, green forest chikankari and pink chikankari kurta set but received a wrong item, something red low quality kurti and i do not want it. The invoice on the package has the correct items written but this is not what i ordered. I tried calling on the number from which i received a confirmation call about my address (9726531413) but there is no response. I also tried contacting their email and support but the address is not to be found anywhere. They have another number on their website (7574928036) which i also contacted but still got no response. I paid 1499 for it and I would really like a refund.
