I have purchased medicine from Prasad medical store, Raxaul on dated 27/12/2017 & 13/01/2018 but this medical store does not issue original cash memo to customers when pressure by my colleague for cash memo he give a kacha slip . this means he is doing fraud & cheating with customers. when i checked medicine of dated 27/12/2017 in which found expired of 15 tablets of metosarten 25 .when my colleague went to return back his person misbehaved & did not exchange 5 tablets.
on dated 13/01/2018 i sent to my colleague for procure some medicine he gave Rozavel tablet instead of Rozavel-A capsule. Please take necessary legal action over such fraud pharmacy which are not issuing cash memo to customers & selling faulty medicine. please provide me compensation Amount of 50000/- for cheating me & suffer mentally. kacha slip issued by Prasad medical store is with me as a proof.
