I have booked flat in the year 2011 in mulund east, Sankalap Cooperative housing society. Developer Dhanshree developers Pvt.Ltd, There sales manager – MS.Bhavana Mahajan took payment in cash and balance in cheque. My agreement is registered. However they cheated me by not mentioning the year of possession in the registered agreement. All clause in the agreement is one sided in favour of developer. Now Dhanshree developer is verbally informing that they will not complete the project. Instead the project is transfered to some other developer. Now this new develper is verbally calling us and asking for the current rate. Please help.
