I have ordered a Redmi Note4 on Shopaaz.com at 7-05-2017 via net banking for Rs 12499.But the company cancelled the order on 12-05-2017 and promised to refund the money on 17-05-2017. My order number is 104255. But they did not return, nor I am able to contact them as their phone is not working now. Their toll free no. is 1800-3002-9549. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
