I bought a JBL – Charge 2 Bluetooth speaker from www.stockurstyle.com. they gave a offer for 60 % discount on MRP. got a call from their company they confirmed its a genuine product so i ordered it online. i was shocked to receive a duplicate JBL charge 2. I mailed to carestockurstyle.com about the fake product sold to me. they responded stating they regret the same and you return the product for a refund in next 7 days.

Their courier company has collected their product. and now its more then a month. i have sent several reminder for refund through mails but no once has responded for refund.

Advice action where we can put a stop for such frauds where customer is cheated.
