I joined the company on 25th July,2016 as Technical Associate for a salary of Rs.10000 per month.After six months of probation period, I was eligible for paid casual leave of 11 days in the year 2017. I utilized 9.5 days of paid casual leaves. I was terminated from work without any notice on 29th MAY,2017 for non performance. As per the appointment letter given to me it was clearly mentioned that I can be terminated from work only after one week of prior notice and also the 6th month year.

Along with that my company has refused to pay me my pending salary for the month of may citing dissatisfaction with work,earlier they told they will credit my salary on 5th of next month(i.e. JUNE) and that too just Rs.5833 stating that the company will consider only 4 days as paid casual leaves as I was relieved in between and later on postponed it again on 12th JUNE and then they finally refused to pay it all together which also includes my claim amount of Rs.575, communication was carried out in Whatsapp only as they did not reply to me via my mail id.

The company has violated all the terms and conditions of my appointment order.

Please help me to solve this matter.
