I have booked a tour package of 4day 5 night package for Rs.11666/- with the company on 3rd June, 2017. On choosing the date of travel as 28th September to 2nd October -2017, the company refuses to provide the booked accommodation, which is valid for one year. Now they r asking me to try the tour date for December 2017. This is clear cheating. I have asked for my advance booking for the tour plan 2 months in advance. (they have told me only 21 days advance booking required)
The payment was made through PayU money and there is some kind of dealing between both of them. otherwise how a company like PayU money gets associated with trueholiday and furnish the payment.

please help me in getting the refund.
