I have purchased a contest coupon from 100bestbuy for a contest of samsung
galaxy Grand for R.699/-,on 03-16-2013 for which they said 100% cash back.
If I contact to customer care, Every time they ask about all the case and they simply deny for any refund but we give you credit point, also, we don’t have any policy.
I have decided to buy some product from them using my credit points but to my surprise when i try to buy a product of Rs.374/-it used my credit points and also asking for additional payment of Rs.315/-.
Even, 100bestbuy customer care Always hold me for long time and disconnects my Phone. when I re-connect my call to customer care, they always ask and collect all my case history and in the end, they hold me for long time and disconnect my Phone.
This is ridiculous and i have found myself cheated. If anybody could find the solution please let me know what can be done on this.
