100bestbuy.com – “CHEATING AND MENTAL HARASSMENT FROM LAST 2-3 MONTH “

Received a CALL from “100bestbuy.com’s” CCE executive RAVI singh regarding a CONTEST / DEAL, when I asked him to mark a mail with the details he had sent the same as mentioned below. {the complete mail with specification is attached }

Following this mail and on the basis of assurance given by the Executive as well as on the basis of my personal experience of online shopping I went ahead and accepted the deal. I wanted to make the payment through Credit card, the CCE said that CREDIT CARD payment has to be made. I made the payment and I received a confirmation mail of the ORDER too. I awaited for the product for more than 10 days time.

I was informed that I will receive the product in next 7 days. But since I dint receive it, I had to call & mail their customer care (Service@100bestbuy.com) for the details. After a month of follow up they gave me Tracking number of FedEx saying they had dispatched the product on 16-07-13.I recieved it on 17-07-13, and found the “charging point was not working”, when contacted costumer care I was asked to send the product back. Here I sent back with the Courier bill asking for refund of 700 rupees courier charges again on same product (Trackon couriers pvt. Limited with ref: 351509163. The courier took 700rs for delivery at Bangalore address, on 19-07-13) which on long followup was confirmed to be given as credits.

I thought Finally ALL IS WELL now and can RELAX but when I opened the PACKAGE it was more SHOCKING to know that I have been CHEATED.

The replaced one is still with same issue “CHARGING POINT NOT WORKING”. I called up again at 08067536400, one guy told of the product will be replaced at my doorstep taking old one, but this never happened from Aug-13 to Oct-13 now. I asked for refund of credits. Here I had many versions of answers, like credit refund is initiated or credit were for lucky draw buy something with all credits etc.

In 14-SEP-2013, talked to some Deepak Barik on phone and sent my account details as I was confirmed that all credit point in Site would be given unto my bank account, but nothing happened so.I was later given RAVI SINGH/DONESH KAPOOR’s Number saying both have same number at bangalore 9379515742, but the call never got recieved until once very much insisted to get fake response of issue resolution though nothing happened.

The site 100bestbuy.com had 2 customer service emails- care@100bestbuy.com, service@100bestbuy.com both have different versions of answering here.

Seems like all are refurbished stuff sold out here.

Now when called they ask me to send again and again or you cant buy any product with all credits used — half of the times people just picked and never listened.

Latest reference on credit refund being 24302286, no emails or updates on phone are there.

I’m submitting this complaint as I’m not getting replies for my mails and received call from their side. even after calling them n number of times and end-up listening to their CHARGEABLE recorded VOICE.

Simultaneously I had submitted my compliant in “www.consumercomplaints.com”.

3) The credit points can be fully used as and when i would like to use in my lifetime…IS THIS APPLICABLE FOR SINGLE PURCHASE IN 100BESTBUY.COM ?? IT HAS TO BE, BUT IS NOT

4) 100% cash back credit points in your 100bestbuy account…MY CREDIT POINTS ARE IN “100bestbuy.COM” HOW CAN I USE IT – THEY CANNOT BE USED ON OFFER PRODUCTS, as they are IS DIFFERNT LOGIC FOR CREDIT USAGE TOO??? THE PRODUCT WHICH SHOWS A price TAG OF Rs.250 IN “100BESTBUY.COM” SHOW AS Rs.2000 TO BUY WITH CREDITS WHY. ??????? HOW WILL & WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE A PRODUCT WORTH RS.250 GIVING RS 2000 ????

    on november 20 we have a adversiment that 100bestbuy will say we are the winner of the 10 lucky winners and take 599 from me and they call and say that you have your price in 2 days but there in getting nearly 5 months but there is no reply. it was a very fraud and cheating website. thanks for the website-http://www.complaintsaboutbusiness.in
