My name is Prateek Mishra and i am writing this mail to complaint against 100bestbuy.com.
On 8th October 2013 i ordered for a pair of shoes (outlander mens casual shoes – model 2409) and One copperline full sleeves plain shirt (model CPL0900). On 10th october 2013 i got a courier by 100best buy.com and after paying Rs 1687 to the courier , as my order was Cash On Delivery, when i opened the package i found out that the shoes which i recieved were not the one which i ordered and the shirt which i ordered was missing.
I contacted 100 best buy customer care via telephone regarding this issue and was told to sendback the product to 100 bestbuy.com c/o suksh technology.i couriered the product to the mentioned address on 100 best buy .com on 10th october 2013 and it was delivered to them on 16th october 2013,as it was notified to me by the courier company.
Since then I havent recieved the products which i ordered neither i got any refund.I also contacted 100bestbuy.com many times and was given a complaint number 6610694.later when i called them,they were unable to give any response to me and in my last call on 23rd october 2013 they just recieved my call and after listning to my complaint they just kept my call on hold and eventually it was disconnected by them..
Kindly help me with this issue.I would be very grateful to you.
