I was make a transaction with 1mg.com via Airtel Money under oder Id # PO35516271713250 on 21st December 2016, 01:02 PM of Rs. 3256.63.

1mg displayed below mentioned offer on their website

“Minimum INR 500/- Flat 20% off on all Prescription Required Medicines & 10% off on Health/OTC Products HEALTH1020 All users. Max. Discount on Prescription Required Medicines: No Limit. Max. Discount on Health Products: INR 200/- + Additional Airtel Money Cashback (Max. cashback of INR 500)*”

But still now I am waiting for cash back of 488.50/- ( which is 15% of Bill Value Rs. 3256.63/–)

After writing so many email to 1mg and Airtel money support team,I got below mentioned reply from Airtel money support team that

‘Your case Complain of not receiving of Additional Airtel Money Cashback Rs. 488.50/- (# 185437) has been closed on 12/31/2016 05:02 pm’

But my account balance of Airtel Money Wallet still showing Rs.53 because I got cashback Rs 50/- on 30 Dec, 2016 under Transaction ID # 745051128 at my AIRTEL MONEY WALLET of mobile # : 8700125939

Kindly resolve my problem. For your reference I can send you all screen shots and emails as proof.
