24×7 fresh.in – Non delivery of product after taking online advance payment

Vide Order #100006192 I had paid Rs.918/- online for supply of 2×500 ml of double toned Amul Milk for 30 days on 22.02.2016. However, even after 115 days of making advance payment they have not started the milk supply. I have also requested them to refund the amount of Rs.918/- if they are not able to deliver the product. But there is no response from their side. Kindly help.
