Had ordered for monthly subscription of 2L amul toned milk from 24x7fresh company for rs 2052
they delivered the milk for the month of january
but when i renewd the subscription on 8 feb, the delayed a lot, and then delivered once and then stopped again (product no. 100005207)
they did not answer calls or messages for long
then they replied saying milk shall be delivered from 1 march along with 6 alphonso mangoes as compensation
but since then, no delivery yet

i have asked them to refund my money since they are not capable of the delivery, and i have even complained at few consumer complaint sites

but no rescue yet

kindly help
