Vide order no.30000107 dated 18-5-16, I had ordered for the supply of amul taza milk for 30 days @ one liter per day effective 1-6-16 (i.e. total 30 ltrs) . Required advance amount of Rs.1140/- was also remitted by me along with the order through my credit card no.5523-4410-0092-9904 (which is now replaced with new card no. 5522-6051-0027-6504) on line.

Till today neither the milk has been supplied nor the amount has been refunded to me.

In this connection the undersigned has sent number of emails from my email id [email protected] to the [email protected]. however the issue still unresolved. This status continues even after my request to refund the amount due to me.

In my last mail dated 26-6-16 I had categorically insisted for refund of the amount.

There is no response at all from their CS number 011-33609090

I will be grateful if you can assist me in getting the refund effected through my credit card.
