I placed a order of Iphone 7(refurbished) Superb Condition phone on flipkart owned website 2gud.com on 30/09/2019 and on 11/10/2019 my package containing my phone has been delivered to me. As I ordered the phone of superb quality they promised me to replace or return my phone within 10 days of the delivery date. So I opened the package of the phone and the box is not genuine and when I opened the box then i saw the phone has too many scratches on the backside and the mute button is not working well. So I placed a replacement request on the website of 2gud.com and they told me to wait 72 hours. After 1 day they cancelled my replacement request and i have to place my replacement request twice and once again they cancelled my request. So I placed the request 3rd time and they asked me to wait till 19/10/2019 (2PM) and on 19/10/2019 (04:05 PM) I received a text message from the 2gud they asked that your request has been cancelled. So i went to 2gud.com website and when i went to the section of Login i saw i am unable to login i shows that something went wrong. So i choose another number to login with but with that number login successful. Therefore i came to know that my account has been blocked by 2gud and i am unable to login. So i came here and i have no other option because my 2gud.com account has been blocked and i am not able to request a return of my phone.
