I have ordered Spyker backpack through the link offered by hdfc netbanking on 3rd August 2023. But still the product was not delivered and the delivery partner was updated the status as customer rejected with out my concern. I didn’t get the call from the delivery agent. After that there is no response/update from the delivery partner (ekart) or 360inex.com or hdfc.
I didn’t get any update regarding my order. Please take necessary action to deliver my order or refund.
