Using the HDFC netbanking website, I placed two orders at 360inex.com/hdfc. The items and order information are listed below.

Items ordered:-
1. The Grey Spykar Backpack (SKU: SPY-BCBBG-CORE-006) was shipped.
2. The Black Wallet and Belt Combo (SKU: MABTWTFOAS01) has not yet been shipped.
The Black Wallet & Belt combo (SKU: MABTWTFOAS01), which is valued at Rs. 588, hasn’t been shipped yet, and despite my daily emails to them, I haven’t heard back.
There isn’t even a phone number for customer service to call.
