I made a deposit of 3000 INR to my 4rabet account via UPI on 19 March 2026 at 11:16 pm, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The money has been deducted from my bank, yet it is not reflected in my 4rabet balance.
I contacted 4rabet customer support about this issue. They told me that the payment provider has not confirmed the transaction yet and that once it is confirmed, the amount will be credited. They also keep saying that my money is safe and that I should wait, but the situation has not been resolved.
I kindly request that my 3000 INR deposit either be immediately credited to my 4rabet account or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
