I have been living for 1 year at nestaway property. Initially i booked 2 beds instead of 1 room. The entire sales team and operations team and the land owner were aware of this.
After 11 months, i asked to merge the 2 accounts on the system. Nestaway adviced me to move out and book again. As i did that they ended up charging obscene amount out of no reason.
I don’t understand when this was clearly mentioned in the ticket, spoken to the sales rep, why this was not followed. If the systems of an e comm company are not robust enough, why should a customer pay for it?
