I had recently renewed my credit card. I received call from them confirming that i have no issue using it and have i done any transaction so far.after some day, I got call and was offered 10-20% benefits on visa/master card for 6900/Year , They sent me link to pay after confirmation call and i paid them. just after 5-10 minutes later i realized that this may be a fraud . I called them and said that i have changed my mind, they asked me for valid reason an try to use service before cancelling but i didn’t buzz. conversation continues for more than 2 hours with their 2-3 person. They asked me that cancellation not possible withing 30 days but i asked for written T &C. They call me uneducated and what not but i didn’t give up. Call ended with no conclusion. I blocked my card because i paid through third party software and also disputed the transaction using my bank’s app. after 2-days i called the first person and explained him he had misled and misguided me to purchase their product ( some watches and shoes other than discount offer) and their company have no association either with bank or visa/master card and i know it. They had to accept my cancellation. Received my entire amount withing a week. still i believe that biggest mistake is to fall for their plan. They have your data and they know your basic details like dob, pan card no etc. May be bank personnel are involved here
