I wasted two years trying to get a work permit; they took my money, sent me phony documents, and slowly but surely drained my 75,000 for LMIA embassy fees, esdc fees, and other costs. Now, after all this time, I still haven’t received my legitimate paperwork.

I requested the cancellation of my file and a refund of my money, but no one ever returned my call. There is also no escalation procedure and no appropriate manager to speak with, so if there is any agency or department that can assist me in this, please let me know.
