Worst company ever…I would never ever deal with this company ever and also tell all my friends family member and all my colleagues that never believe abc cargo…
I called them to pickup my things 2 days before and scheduled my pickup on Sunday morning and I took an off specially for this.
I called them morning on Sunday and they said we will come after 2:30 to pickup but still no calls nothing.
I called again they said sorry driver is sick so we cannot pick up now and we will come by evening 6-7 I still agreed…
Than 6-7 they said driver is not yet come he’s in hospital may be around 10 we will confirm and again no calls from there side…
At last I called them again and said okay bring tomorrow at 7 again 7 passed but no call back no pickup I called them they said 8 30 we will come but still no time value.
Now at around 10 30 they are calling me this time I need to sleep and get ready for my next day I wasted 2 days for these people with no avail really disappointed with the service…
If they cannot assure you timely pickup they cannot assure you timely delivery and no assurance of your goods…
So my advice to all never trust this company…as my personal experience…
Time is value and if they cannot be on there words never trust them
