My name is Mr.Pramod Mahadeo Wawge At Po. Etape layout Chikhali Road Buldana for purchasing Two plot area I had Book in your Maitreya Plotters & Structures Pvt. Ltd. Company i.e.Two plot Area i) 605 Sq. Yd. ii) 423 Sq.yd. for purchasing two plot area amount is required and the required amount is divided into year installment give by the Maitreya Plotters & Structures Pvt. Ltd. Company with this my Booking registration is done into this Company. I had paid only one installment for Two plot area for the 1st Plot area 605 Sq.yd I had paid only one Instal. i) Rs.5700/- only one & second plot area 423 Sq.yd. for it I had paid Rs.8820/- only one (yearly instal.) for the 1st plot area Registration No. 015-0025534 & for the second plot area Registration No.032-0016997 dt.of Commencement 31.03.11 Due dt. last installment 31.03.16 for the second plot area date of application booking 10.12.2011 Last installment date 10.12.2016
For the 1st plot area (client No.)Code No.015-01-007781 MR.ROHIDAS RATAN.)
For second plot area (client No.)Code No.032-01-009827 MR.PRAMOD MAHADEV.)
Due to the economical condition I was unable to pay the remaining installment for the Both plot area has mentioned above. So Please return the required amount which is paid for only one Installment for Both plot area by me for 1st plot area I had paid Rs.5700/- on the year 2011 only one year. And for second plot area I had paid Rs.8820/- on only one year I hope that you will accept the complaint and provide effective solution as early as possible.
