ACT Fibernet – Applied prepaid Amount connection but they are not giving Connection

Hi,

My self Soumya Ranjan Mohanty and currently I am staying in Bangalore.
I am using ACT Fibernet for last 2-3 years . Last week, I shifted to a new place and for that, I have raised transfer of my connection to my new place. When I raised my request they told within 7 days it will be done.

They asked for new house address proof and provided that. In between, I contacted them and they updated that the “Feasibility study” is done and within 2 days they will provide the connection. Now after 4 days after my discussion with them they are telling me that they can not provide the connection as there is no “Box”(I have no idea about it) available.

Now they are asking to disconnect the connection. As it is a prepaid service I have already paid monthly charge for this month (Around 1600) and when asked about what about the my paid amount they are telling they will not refund anything.

As a consumer , I do not know what is my fault. Can you please look into this issue.
