ACT Fibernet Worst customer service ever very frustrating, I have paid 7200 for a new connection and your executive told me it will take 4 working days. It’s more than a week now, and no one contacts me for installation. If you guys can’t provide then please refund amount.

I have called customer care many times but not able to connect anyone.

Seems like fraud company, who just collect payment.
