I have writing regarding my this month’s invoice and getting nowhere.
I tried contacting ACT on the customer number but nobody is picking up. I dont understand what should I do to get ACT attention to look into the issue I am facing.
I am tired of this poor customer service ACT is providing.
I requested for a new connection on 21 September 2017 by paying ACT with silver plan which includes steps of new plan 6month + 1month of subscription and a free router. My new connection was installed on 14 October 2017 and now ACT is asking me to renew my plan. It seems like these guys have no proper system to check the history of a customer. After paying for a new connection, I realized that your company’s service is really bad as they made false promises at the time of giving information regarding new connection so that customer somehow enroll to there scheme and later on they can manipulate the customer according to their will. Due to such experience I decided to get full refund. I got so many calls from there senior member of company asking me to withdraw my request of refund and made me assured that there will not be any problem in the service. Now same problem I am facing right now. ACT is asking me to make the payment for something which I have already paid. I have been harassed enough for there poor service
